In recent years, estate planning, mortgage broking, insurance and other professional services have been added to the long-standing Dollar Growth Tax and Accounting and Financial Planning practice, to extend the range of expertise necessary these days to satisfy the needs and expectations of a much more financially astute, involved and demanding clientele.
To provide these extra services we have gone into partnership with an incorporated legal practice headed by Terry Purcell of Retire law who now works closely with other Dollar Growth staff in Dollar Growth Estate Planning to ensure a contemporary approach to the preparation and design of estate plans, to guarantee peace of mind and security for the future. Simon Adler of Dollar Growth Mortgage Solutions, who provides special expertise to identify the most appropriate home or investment loan in the context of people’s special circumstances. Consulting with other arms of the business he is able to provide critical insight into what is best for every client in their particular situation. This system is very effective as it has the capacity to identify critical flaws in strategy that would in many cases go unnoticed. A special partnership has also been formed with George Jakab to establish Dollar Growth Business Services to provide small and medium enterprise management with advice on a wide range of issues to improve operational efficiency, including, succession planning, marketing, human resources and personnel selection policies, staff assessment, IT systems, etc.
Historically, in 1989, Hector Castro an accountant (now retired) formed a partnership with former Westpac executive Philip Enger (an experienced financial planner) to found Dollar Growth Centre Pty Ltd. In 1993 the developing business joined Associated Planners Financial Services Limited (later to become Genesys Wealth Advisers Ltd), and in early 2008 Dollar Growth Financial Planning Pty Ltd moved to Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd, its new licensed dealer, to begin an exciting era of professional collaboration and improved client servicing. Philip with over 20 years experience as a financial planner is now, as a result of this new association the authorised representative of FPSA Pty Ltd along with his colleagues Simon Enger and Handan Dikici. In his former business career Philip held senior positions at Westpac Financial Services and Australian Fixed Trusts. Now, as before, Philip and his fellow Advisers at Dollar Growth Group are committed to providing quality advice tailored to the individual’s specific needs and circumstances on a fee-for service basis sans commissions or any form of kick-backs.
